CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER: (residential and commercial)

Minimum of 3 years experience

Responsible for calling on landscape architects, developers, and general contractors to obtain bid opportunities on construction/install jobs.

Must have experience with bid take-offs and job estimating for commercial and large residential accounts.

Knowledge of plant material/design/choices for specific environments, spaces, etc.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently (yet productively) Compensation will be salary + commission; commission has no cap; salary range: $35K - $50K/ yr.
