Jeremy Saylor, President
Jeremy Saylor is president and founder of Prestonwood Landscape Services, LLC. A native Texan from Amarillo, Jeremy started Prestonwood Landscape in 1999 with the goal of providing superior landscape services that embrace the concerns and goals of customers. He continues to oversee and guide the company today with this same vision in mind.
Jeremy attended Texas Tech University, has a B.S. in biology, and is a certified landscape professional. His other interests include golf, reading and real estate. He is husband to Jamie Saylor, and proud father of Landry Kate and Ashton Cole.

Tavis Macduff, Vice President - Sales
Tavis Macduff is Vice President of Prestonwood Landscape Services and has been a part of our team since 2001. Tavis oversees day-to-day company operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects and client accounts.
Born in Dallas and schooled in Ohio, Tavis later received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee. He enjoys travel, real estate ventures, staying fit, spending time with friends and meeting new people. He is the proud uncle of eight nieces and nephews.

Mike Poen, Vice President - Operations
Mike Poen is VP of Operations for Prestonwood Landscape Services, and has been with us since 2003. Mike oversees and facilitates the daily functions of our regional operations. Originally from Northwest Iowa, he was introduced early in life to farm operations, teamwork and a strong work ethic.
Mike graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2000 with a degree in Landscape Design and Nursery Management. He and his wife, Angie, are parents to their daughter, Dakota and son, Dayton. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys playing golf and other sports, as well as spending time with family.

Jamie Saylor, Event Planning
With an emphasis on building customer relationships, Jamie Saylor is responsible for Event Planning. A natural communicator, Jamie enjoys reaching out and finding new opportunities to recognize our customers.
Born in Austin, and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Jamie is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University where she received a B.A. in Education. In her spare time she enjoys travel, running, swimming, decorating & design, volunteer work and spending time with family. Jamie is wife to Jeremy Saylor, and proud mother of Landry Kate and Ashton Cole.

Joe Eldredge, Operations Manager
An Operations Manager in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area, Joe Eldredge has been with Prestonwood Landscape Services since 2007. Joe was born in Washington state and graduated in 2005 from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Mass Communication and an emphasis in Public Relations.
In his spare time Joe enjoys playing golf, snow skiing and traveling the country. Joe is a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas.

John Wynn, Operations Manager
John Wynn is a native Texan. John was born in Houston Texas and attended a number of schools across the southern United States. He has been in the landscape industry for over 12 years with most of his professional career spent in the San Antonio and Austin area. John is a Texas Certified Landscape Professional and has been with Prestonwood as an account manager since 2009.
John and his wife, Holli, have made New Braunfels their home. In his spare time, John competes in bass fishing tournaments on a regional circuit (thanks to his very tolerant and understanding wife) and spends time in the garden with Holli. John and Holli have two dogs, Woodrow and Meg.

Matt Cloud, Operations Manager
Matt Cloud joined Prestonwood Landscape Services in May 2008 as Operations Manager in Dallas-Fort Worth. He brings a diversified and well-rounded approach to Prestonwood, having over eight years of landscape management experience in various parts of the U.S. Born in Macon, Georgia, Matt attended the University of Georgia and obtained a BSA in Turf Grass Management. He is a licensed commercial pesticide applicator and a Texas Certified Landscape Professional.
Matt is married to Ashley Cloud. Together they enjoy dining out, spending time with their kids (dogs) Dooley and Annabelle and seeing the world. Matt is an avid college football and auto racing devotee.

Jorge Gamino, Project Superintendent
Jorge Gamino has been involved in the landscape industry for the past 15 years. Since 2001, he has served with our team as Project Manager. Jorge facilitates special and ongoing landscape projects for both the residential and commercial sides of our business. He was born in La Cinta Guanajuato, Mexico, and attended college at Leon GTO.
In his spare time, Jorge enjoys playing and watching soccer, as well as spending time with his family. He is husband to Hermelinda, and father to three daughters and a son.
Adolfo Hernandez, Irrigation Manager
A part of our team since 2007, Adolfo Hernandez is Irrigation Manager at Prestonwood Landscape Services. Adolfo oversees design, installation and maintenance of client irrigation systems, ensuring consistently healthy and green commercial properties. He is a licensed commercial pesticide applicator and a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas.
Born in a tiny town in Mexico and schooled in Mexico City, Adolfo received his B.A. from University Autonoma of Chapingo in 1994. He enjoys deep sea fishing, travel, reading and spending time with his family.

Brian Hall, Project Manager
Brian Hall came to Prestonwood Landscape to run large install projects in 2009 when American Civil Constructors exited the DFW market.
Born and raised in Southlake Texas, Brian is a graduate of Texas Tech University and now resides in Lantana. He is married to Stephanie and has two boys, Reese and Hayden. In his spare time Brian enjoys golf and Makers. He also loves College Football.

Sabrina Carter, Office Manager
Sabrina joined Prestonwood Landscape full time in 2009 after working part time for many months prior. She oversees employees in A/P & A/R, works closely with the accounting department and ensures that the front office is well organized so that our ability to proactively serve our customers exists in the office just as it does in the field.

Donna Matthews
Donna Matthews is the Business Development Manager for Prestonwood Landscape. Donna has 16 years sales experience and has served in various capacities in property management for the last 11 years. Her real estate positions include Property Manager, Regional Trainer, Sales and Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Donna has worked on the owner/management and supplier side and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BA in Business Management/Social Science and has earned numerous certifications and designations during her career. Donna and husband Jim are the proud parents of their baby girl, Lauren. Donna enjoys outdoor activities, volunteering and spending time with family and friends.
